Her experiences have included psychiatric nursing, office nursing, instructor in nursing, quality assurance coordinator for nursing, and parish nursing, retiring from the latter in November of 2009. She recently initiated and facilitates the first Harrisburg, Pa. area lyme disease support group, has published two previous books, and is a motivational speaker. She enjoys singing and spending quality time with family and friends. She lives passionately, and embraces all opportunities to live, laugh, love, learn and grow in Christ.
